Our Story - Mi Promesa

Our restaurant was born from something greater than ourselves: faith, perseverance, and a promise.

Many years ago, someone shared a word with us that a promise had come from the heart of God for our lives. At that moment we didn’t know how that promise would unfold, but we chose to believe and to work with all our hearts.

Our journey began in the simplest way—cooking homemade food and selling meals to hardworking people at construction sites. With long days, early mornings, and the support of our community, we slowly began to grow.

After several years of dedication and sacrifice, we were able to open our food truck, which we named “Mi Promesa” (My Promise) as a reminder of the promise we believed in.

The journey was not quick. It took nearly 10 years of perseverance, learning, and faith. But we never stopped believing.

Over time, what started with serving food at construction sites and later from a food truck eventually grew into what we have today—our restaurant.

Today we continue cooking the same way we did from the very beginning: homemade recipes, authentic flavors, and food made with love for every person who walks through our doors.

We are deeply grateful to God, to our family, our friends, and to every customer who has supported us along the way.

“Mi Promesa” is more than the name of our restaurant.
It is a reminder that with faith, hard work, and perseverance, promises can come true.
